Refunds
Refunds are eligible but they are some instance where they are not eligible:
Once I 100% Completed the design and been imported or delivered to the client, I don't do refunds.
When the client does get the refund, I have full control over the design I made for the client.
If I made a delivery late or not finished and asked to cancel, you made be eligible for refunds.
Delivery Type
The client can ask for different types of files to be imported but only to a limited stuff for each application. I can import Figma files as well as SVG, PNG, JPG, & FIG files, which will be supported and delivered to the clients. I can import Photoshop files; SVG, PNG, & PSD files will be supported and delivered to the clients. If its Roblox Studio I can import Roblox Studio files in between RBXM, RBXL, & PNG files will be supported and delivered to the clients.
Revisions & Edits
Revisions are normal and eligible, but there are some cases where they are not eligible for revision. Small Revisions & Edits are fine and completely free of charge, but when the client asks for Big Revisions & edits, it will cost extra. Big revisions will cost a small extra or more depending on how big and complex of a change it is to the design.
Payment Methods
When the client orders from me, I'll take either a 50% Upfront or Upon Completion. I don't accept 100% upfront. Taxes can be added or not, depending on whether the client accepts that or not. So far, I will take payment methods within Group Funds, Percents, & Gamepasses, or USD. As for USD, I'll take PayPal & Cash App. For percentages, I have to require some sort of alternative payments like USD or Robux in order to get paid if the game doesn't do well.
